I also have RG and swiggy. When i try to apply online for tata neu cards, i get a message saying i recently applied for a card..... Do i need to send an email to grievance team to get tata neu now with LTF offer ?

If we apply using a different mobile number and get it LTF, can we change the mobile number to ours after getting the card? Any idea?

I applied for the Neu Infinity card 2 weeks back, after VKYC, card got approved today. Got an email that card is approved with initial limit of Rs 5000.
It is FYF with fee waiver on 3L annual spend. I have not activated it. Wrote a mail to HDFC asking if they can convert it to LTF. Waiting for their response.

The only other HDFC card that I have is Swiggy HDFC. That too is paid. (500 + 500). I had asked many times if they can convert that also to LTF, but they didn't.

What was the main point of your argument based on which they agreed to provide you with the LTF card ?

"Decision made" on 30th 🤷.

Got an application number, how to know which card is this applied for, because as much as I remember I didn't apply for any HDFC card recently

use next email address 'found at the bottom of this response', and repharase your requirement from the start with better/same/alternative way.

TataNue is co-brand and hence the reason excluded in recent big sale and offered as floater card. This is fact and executive just using template response, ignore it.

Would they ltf to existing customers or not? Has anyone applied now?

After seeing your post it gave me hope to fight further for getting TATA NEU INFINITY and I have just mailed them again....by the way on which mail id you have mailed

this was HDFC earlier reply to me

"On receipt of your email we have liaised with our concern team and we wish to inform you that the TATA credit card will be considered as a core credit card hence we have observed from our record that you are already holding two credit cards, hence the TATA credit card cannot be issued as per the internal policies."

1) I don't have any type of relationship with HDFC Bank , Self Employed, CIBIL is 751 Credit Age is 3y 5m but the oldest card is 4 month old, Total 3 cards (2 Pre-approved) with total limit of 2.01L . What are my approval chances ?

2) Does hard enquiry happen right after filling Mobile number & PAN or first there will be some kind of soft enquiry and then hard enquiry after submitting application ?

3) What documents do they ask for while filling application ? Is physical verification also done or only vkyc ?

1. Its HDFC, anything can happen. Unless you have missed payments or so, you will be able to get the card approved.
2. Once you go through and give PAN and details, before showing you cards you are eligible for, there will be a CIBIL hit.
3. I applied from my friend's account and didn't ask for any documents during application. Application is in progress not sure if there is gonna be a physical verification or not.
