That might not be the reason for me. I had tata neu in May and I got swiggy in july. But closed, neu after 1 month though.

Declined and provided the below reason by PNO desk:

We wish to clarify that, your request for fresh issuance of lifetime free Tata Neu Infinity credit card application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy and guidelines which are internal to bank.
However, we were unable to accede your request for issuance of lifetime free/ prized Tata Neu Infinity credit card at this point in time.
We wish to inform you that your case has been reviewed by our Bank's Internal Ombudsman appointed as per instructions from the Reserve Bank Of India.

I got the reply -

This is with reference to your e-mail dated October 25, 2024 with Subject line: Re: Membership fee tata credit card.

We understand your concern, however we regret our inability to accede your request for life time free conversion.

nothing like that..... as long as it is from hdfc website (and not cashkro, swiggy, etc) and approved..... you will get it LTF

I have applied for the Tataneu Infinity Credit card yesterday (Sunday). The application process is completed. It asks to complete VKYC in 72 hours. But I could not find any link to complete VKYC. No link is sent to EMAIL or Phone number. How can I complete the VKYC? Can someone help in this regard?
