I just got mail about my limit increase request. Now it's possible to increase from 71k to 1.4L. Is it good enough to get tata neu infinity?. I had neu plus and closed that card in july. Then I got hdfc swiggy in August.

Should I apply for tata neu infinity or not?. I have two hdfc cards atm Moneyback plus (1.5yr) and Swiggy (3m).

I had virtual rupay card aswell, closed it in September.
 
Is there a web application to manage the card/pay bill similar to Tata Neu ? Currently I don't have any alternative phone, and my phone is having the `unsecure environment` issue due to the custom Rom

HDFC mobile banking app or MyCards page.
Alternatively you can try installing the Tata Neu app on another phone (without the UPI feature as that asks for sim validation)
 
Sad they replied me this

"On receipt of your email we have liaised with our concern team and we wish to inform you that the TATA credit card will be considered as a core credit card hence we have observed from our record that you are already holding two credit cards, hence the TATA credit card cannot be issued as per the internal policies."

use next email address 'found at the bottom of this response', and repharase your requirement from the start with better/same/alternative way.

TataNue is co-brand and hence the reason excluded in recent big sale and offered as floater card. This is fact and executive just using template response, ignore it.

We wish to clarify that, your request for fresh issuance of lifetime free Tata Neu Infinity credit card application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy and guidelines which are internal to bank.
However, we were unable to accede your request for issuance of lifetime free/ prized Tata Neu Infinity credit card at this point in time.
We wish to inform you that your case has been reviewed by our Bank's Internal Ombudsman appointed as per instructions from the Reserve Bank Of India.

1. Applied through official hdfc website within offer period?
2. Have a screenshot showing this offer, and did you confirmed same with support?
3. If both good, and 30-days over complain to ombudsman.
