The FAQ in the app shows minimum spend as 100 for 2% cashback.

It says 100 even for regular Fi Coins but I've been getting Fi coins for less than 100 also.

On 3rd party app itself but select Fi app in options. For eg., Cred allows you to select various UPI apps while paying CC bill.

Last month on 5th May i got 490rs as 2% cashback it was additional on fi coins and in MAY month i have earned tons of fi coins which i converted to Myntra gift card of 800rs so 1300rs earned in may Month

Only 15000 coins are allowed in a month
10000 via debit card & 5000 via merchant UPI.

If you do not maintain it then you will be downgraded again. There is some grace period. Downgrade will not happen instantly.

Guys don't make mistake like last month. 22500 Fi coins are more valuable than ₹500 cashback. Choose Fi coins.
