Can anyone please confirm if the daily cashback limit of Rs 100 resets after 12am or after 24 hrs of last transaction?
If I complete Rs 100 cashback quota today at 5pm. Can I transact for next day quota after 12am tomorrow or do I need to wait till 5pm tomorrow?

I have not received the cashback money plant, for 2 months straight. Last month I tried contacting service agents a lot, via app and via call. Nobody attends you. Last month also, I paid cc bills via cred-fi app, for 25k, 5k every day in 5 transactions. The app, under infinite section showed 500 cashback completed for the month and was due. However I did not get the cashback. Kep the amount till 15th (50k) then removed the account.

Did the same with my family members account, he got the cashback yesterday, and even last month. I didn't get it for 2 months straight.

Will be closing the account now, as they have become 'FU'(fi) ckers.

Though raised a complaint in NCH regarding false advertising and poor management.

experimented myself. what i do is add 75k at the start of each month and then keep doing three transaactions of 1500rs a day until i reach 500rs cashback then the next day i withdraw my 50k. So technically i keep 50k for only about 6-7days a month.

Same for me as well and 1 coin is now 0.02p and I redeemed for 50% offer
