What are the reasons they freeze? I m using fi for more than 11 months I think and curious to know this

Some banks like Fi federal and idfc freezes account for doing genuine transactions and this is reason i am recommending you to stay away from it or put minimal balance.

Idfc is my secondary bank acc and I use fi for 500rs cashback for last 1 year

Same. Idfc is my primary account for last three years where I park cash due to their good interest rate. Fi for Amazon voucher.

And avenues to use them for CC bill Payment which fetch RP.

experimented myself. what i do is add 75k at the start of each month and then keep doing three transaactions of 1500rs a day until i reach 500rs cashback then the next day i withdraw my 50k. So technically i keep 50k for only about 6-7days a month.

I was not able to send more than 75k. It saying receiving bank limit exhausted and I tried next day but this I got payment not debited due to risk from idfc first bank
