Update: I talked to customer care regarding this and they told me it will be reflected by 10th Oct.

Not sure why it's delayed for others but I got the money plant on 4th Oct.

Please note that I'm prime account holder.

Bro I had talked with Fi customer care team few days back and they indirectly told to me to keep at least 30k as avg balance or else cashback might not come. I am keeping around 35k for safety and getting the cb. In my mom account I kept 5k and didn't get the cb. Now keeping 35k in both from next time for extra salary 😎

How did you convince your mother to complete the VKYC? 😄
