The customer support experience has been equally disappointing, with representatives providing generic responses like, 'We apologize for the inconvenience; this will not happen again, and we have noted your feedback,' without offering any real solutions.
Considering these issues, it may be more reliable to shift to Amazon, which consistently provides faster and more dependable delivery. If you do find a deal on Flipkart, be prepared for a 50-50 chance that the product will actually be delivered.

Don't order any product with more than 90 percent discount. They'll ultimately cancel it citing this same reason of 'went out of stock'.

It’s clear that certain marketing tactics have become common, with brands sometimes inflating the MRP by 10x and then offering a 90% discount. However, platforms like Flipkart often promote deals like offering an iPhone for ₹11, which is more of a marketing gimmick, as these deals are frequently canceled or marked out of stock.I have Serious doubts about whether a product offered at 90% off could be genuine. Refund is still better
Yes this is becoming very common with Flipkart nowadays. I had two previous big orders to be eventually stuck and declined in a few days
I also ordered Puma shoes only 292 unfortunately next day my order cancel and also previous order I bought my daughter dress 49 rs this order also cancelled.
If order dispatch then only confirm order you received most of order cancel by seller next day.
I ask compensation for it but Flipkart rejected and I also twit on X but nothing help by Flipkart.

same thing happened with me also. After 2 days they cancelled. Reason is out of stock. This flipkart is becoming fakekart.Flipkart is not trustworthy. if someone buys by mistake for more than the regular price will they cancel it? never.

There are many more but these cancelled orders were really heartbreaking
Even they showed wrong cancellation reasons like delivery didn't able to reach me, but in reality the product didn't even out for delivery.
But I have to admit that few orders delivered also.
Like recently got a watch worth near about 4k at 1k.
