So basically I bought a pair of Adidas shoes.
under their 10 day return policy, i raised a return request on Day 2 itself. After waiting for another 3 days, the courier pickup from Ekart finally happened on October 2nd (5 days after delivery)
Today its 6th October, and the flipkart app still shows that my shoe is out for delivery. None of the agents are able to understand the issue and keep postponing the ticket resolution date.
After speaking with a Social media customer care agent (after raising this on twitter), they assured me they will help. But instead, they raised another return request for the shoe that i have already returned.
This is a case of theft and fraud, and knowing the baniya company it is I have a feeling i have to run pillar and post for this. Or maybe have to prove that i have actually returned.
I have a good standing with flipkart i'd imagine because i have bought multiple laptops including macbook, sony tvs and i even bought shoes worth 50 k
But I imagine this will be a harrowing experience for a while
