Free CIBIL Score is back in ICICI Wealth Management Account

my CIBIL score dropped by 10 points for no reason yesterday. There was one enquiry from SBI cards in last week, Otherwise 100% payment status and 5 years of history. Should I be worried? What can be done to get back to old level?

It will jump back up in the next month or so. CIBIL drops for reasons other than late payment, jumps back to previous state quickly. Don't worry.

Using the option "Reissue of Debit Card", it says they will charge 200+GST. Did they charge you for your replacement MC Word DC?

They didn't charge.
For family members CIBIL giving error although in ME section it is showing as Wealth Banking. Guess it will not work.
Open an account for a family member and link it to your account. You will get a family debit card which will give you 2 lounge access per quarter with a total of 3 guests. Not many cards around which allow guests.

I app 'Me' section it shows as Wealth Banking and netbanking it shows as Wealth Management

Received icici new debit card today.. here it is...
requested for Mastercard and got Visa...
When i request for Visa in other banks.. they give MC... #facepalm...

UPDATE:
So, after installing the update where everyone’s app theme turned to orange irrespective of account status, I am able to see my CIBIL (it’s at 801😜)
What does it say in the "Me" section?

For Salary a/c which got upgraded to wealth management. They don't provide any benefit apart from cibil check and priority customer care.
I had enquired about debit card and family banking both were denied saying your account is not eligible for it.
I am having mail to and fro with level 1 escalation team already on this and if not provided these benefits will raise complaint with RBI for sure.

App is not giving errors anymore and CIBIL report is showing for family member. Also called customer care last night and requested for World MC DC. Request was registered and confirmed it will be issued complementary with no joining or annual fees.
how did you get sapphiro dual card LTF and do you have wealth account or any other account type?

I was seeing lots of ADs for icici platinum online and applied for that online itself. It was rejected immediately.
Next day ICICI CC called me and asked if I am looking for card and said yes.. They only processed it for sapphiro dual... saying i am eligible...
I dont remember if I got Wealth management acct after getting sapphiro or before that... now i have WM acct and has both visa and MC WM debit cards
Did you get sapphiro credit card or debit card?
