Because, income is income for them.. that too , still not many people consider CIBIL subscription as a must have one.. It is still considered as a luxury item , not a necessity..
And also it doesn't incur any more extra money to serve thee people..
Cash in the Bank for CIBIL.. so CIBIL wont worry much...
