Earned 25l through crypto and other stuff
And i already lost 20l in gambling last year and some in 2022
Because of that i didn't Focused on my studies and failed in ca and cs exams .
My 2 years are waste
Today idk now I again gambled and lost 2l again.
Now I am left with 3 and mind f*cked
Please guide me what to do

Please don't say how you earned this much and all

I am really very stressed and I can't handle it

Don’t worry.. it’s easy ..
first thing is ..accepting the reality…that you had already done..
Next thing is, you learnt a lot within two years that too at a very young age .. not a lot of people learn/ accept it until they were seriously damaged in the age group of 40’s .. you did it in 20’s..
Similar things happened to me as well at the age of 32..
I will tell all that story tomorrow..
I just came back home after a hectic day..

Physical and mental states are like blood and flesh. Both depend on eachother.

Start from physical and move towards mental well being.

Rehab and therapy. Nothing else will work. You are 20, even with the worst lifestyle habits you can expect to live for 40 more years now. Mental agony kills you faster than anything else. Better take care of it today rather than repenting later. First step is to delete your crypto accounts and hand over financial control (right from credentials to your bank accounts to uninstall everything finance on all your devices) to someone else.

Be happy that u lost only what u earned from Crypto, not from actual full time job.

2 years loss is nothing in front of another 50-80 years remaining. 25L will seem too less after 10 years, when u will be earning well.

You will realise then that 25L is as very cheap for a lifetime lesson and focus on ur studies. Imagine if u did it 10 years later with crores in savings and lose everything.

And most importantly, do inform ur parents. They have to know. (Maybe re-watch that section of Lage raho Munna bhai, if not able to tell.) Parents are always supportive in such matter.

They just think I am enjoying timepass and other stuff and not focusing on studies
