Already guided but it seems you're just defending instead acknowledging and working on it. None of us can feed or hypnotize for doing good.

You must control yourself first and implement doing what was suggested and suit for you.

Now, I doubt about the sources of your fund whether it's genuine or not.

Invest cautiously in stocks or mutual funds or FD for long term. And forget it for 3-5 years.

When u turn 21 u will get similar limit in all banks .

Mummy ko toh batao at least, bolna mein overthink kar raha hoon, may be dipression mein hi chala jaaon, aap hi mujhe samjh sakte hoon and help kar sakte hoo. Bolna Papa ko mat bata ne ke liye nahi bataye gi... honestly sara kuch layman language mein explain kar dena bro, kuch nahi hoga...and unko bhi promise karna thumra schedule ke bareme ab dhang se padhoge likhoge...sara kuch karoge... Sorry & Promise wholeheartedly bolna...maa hain maan jayega... bro and tumhara 75% or more man bhi halka ho jayega...

Mere khayal se bata dena hi theek rahega, atleast ye sab karne ke baad kuch toh acha kiye ho lagega (kamaye ho) ... Mummy ko dedena... saving ke rup me rahega unke pass ya unko jo theek lage...kabhi jarurat padega toh wo use kar legi family ke liye

Other option is gifting jewellery (appreciation hi hoga), but ye sahi bhi ho sakta hai and galat bhi depending upon the circumstance.

Baaki sab problems ke liye ye padh lo, I think tumse chut gaya ya ignore kar diye padhke;

I might not be able to give you great suggestions like DocFixit , aniket or SSV have given, but being 23 here's my 2 cents.
I have suffered through social media and porn addiction.
1. Regarding the 3L that you have remaining, put it in some good ELSS mutual fund. That way you will not be able to withdraw for 3Years as it will be locked.
2. Regarding the social media addiction, I had the same addiction couple of years back. What helped me was I changed the mobile icon pack to complete black and white. I had read this research article somewhere that keeping the display colour b&w psychologically affects your mind to develop disinterest in using mobile. It kind of makes you want to use mobile less and less. This helped me reduce mobile usage significantly which in turn reduced my social media consumption.
3. Regarding porn addiction, I am still recovering from this. I did find a community in Reddit ( r/NoFap), this is exclusively for recovering porn/masturbation addicts. Here they discuss their progress , issues they're facing etc. But mind you, Reddit is a hot dumpster a little bit of distraction and you'll find yourself in different community. To stay safe you'll need to make sure that NSFW block filter should always be turned ON. I don't think I would be the best person to give any suggestions on this matter.

Ps- to add one more thing on social media addiction, if you use Instagram a lot , delete the app and use it in chrome browser. The difficulty that you'll have to go through to use it even for 10-20mins, automatically make you not want to go on Instagram. I previously used to watch reals for hours each day , but now even if I use Instagram for 30mins in a complete week that's an achievement.
