Gass cylinder booked using Axis Airtel CC, but no delivery and no booking showing

I booked Indane gass cylinder using Airtel credit card from Airtel Thanks app on 15 April, the booking went smooth, and my card got deducted Rs. 1124, also i got sms from airtel for successful payment.. But so far no delivery has been done of cylinder, when i enquired from my gass agency, they informed me that in fact there is no booking record for your cylinder.... Where should i escalate the issue? on airtel or at axis? My CC recent txn show this amount debitted and so far there is no reversal in case the booking is failed....
 
I just ordered the Airtel Axis Card for landline, phone and some utilities cashbacks.
It is yet to be delivered.

Exactly same happened with me! I booked on Sunday.! Thursday over. It's BPCL! Generally it comes next day.
Gotta check its website.
Plus airtel app shows its in still process, however money was deducted instantly.

Meanwhile, how to contact Airtel app people? Please share details anyone

Same issue, just merchant change in my case, did you received the refund without complaint ?

same issue for me, I have done gas booking yesterday in airtel thanks app through credit card money debited , but booking is still in progress.
Called to 400 they said its not payments bank issue suggested me to call to 121 , they are asking me ti reach out 400 . sent 10 mails also but no response posted on twitted . there also no response . how is your problem resolved? is there any way to contact them please reply me

Hope it's solved by now, u got refund right?
I don't remember how many days it took for me, must be 2-3 days I think.
No I did not contact them, just auto refund
 
I booked gas on 21 November at 1 pm money got deducted but Airtel app is showing payment in progress from 2 days and i haven't received any confirmation from Indian Oil

In how many days it will process and please share contact details of airtel support for this issue
