ATM at Changi (dbs bank) charging 5 sgd for cash withdrawal. Can anyone tell which atm do not have any fees in singapore?

Indie dc worked in Indonesia (mandiri ATM). But there's a catch. It was repeatedly giving me error that daily limit exceeded. Though that's not true. It was giving 1 lakh rupiah at a time not more.

Means approx 550 inr per withdrawal, if Bank has any charges then it will be very costly

No extra charges from mandiri ATM. Today tried to withdraw from several ATMs in the city, all giving same error "transaction limit exceeded" even for 200K amount.

One ATM in (M mart) ripped me off charging 140 rupees on withdrawal of 100K rupiah. Worse is, that ATM didn't even prompt about any fees or any currency conversion option etc. Bloody ********

I suspect indie has per transaction limit of 1,00,000 per transaction irrespective of currencies in their backend. Otherwise why would the transaction fail when same card gave me few hundred singapore dollar effortlessly.

Yeah may be they have limit on number instead of value.. You should send them email if you can

Anyone with Indie, can you generate Statement PDFs and print them out for purposes like loans etc. As in do these statements have proper bank name, account number etc.

What a shitty bank, I opened the account, while doing the 50,000rs transfer, the transaction failed but 50,000rs got deducted, now when I try to call the bank number it does not connect from my airtel number, tried calling from jio they say please call back tomorrow, customer service closes at 8pm.

I am worried what will happen to my money.

Click on profile name on top left corner, then
My accounts>Savings Acct>View Stmt>Select period (this mth/lst 3 mth/lst 6 mth/dt range)>Email stmt

Stmt comes to mail instantly as passwd protected PDF. bank name, acct no, address, pan branch ifsc etc all mentioned. Only problem is txn are sorted in reverse order.

Folks, Indie vs Kotak 811 - which one to choose?

My requirements:
1. No SMS charges
2. No debit card charges
3. No sort of unnecessary charges
4. No shit zero balance account
5. A desktop website (Like netbanking), but that doesn't really matter much.

Is it applicable for everyone? Because in the banners, I see only young folks carrying backpack.
As per their website:
"This account can be offered to students from premier/identified educational institutes of India"

Not for me then. But nevertheless thanks for the reply.
