but Vinayak sir is sleeping. They do not reply if you send emails to these email addresses. if you have experienced otherwise, let me know.

Yes you are right i also tried mailing to Sandeep.Bakhshi@icicibank.com. But i think they don't reply from personal email ids to external mails. But their pno team is much better than others
guys did anyone find a way to use netbanking with indie? i am not able to link with existing netbanking, as it gives an error saying "Authentication failure" when i gave all my indie card details to existing indusind netbanking.

mobikwik - success via super otp only
also this super otp option not available everywhere, i only found it in mobikwik only.
DC transaction via otp keeps failing while with super otp going through..

I have emailed them to close my account. So many issues. First there was invalid CVV issue. Then now invalid OTP issue going on. Customer care on phone asking to email them. Matlab hum yahi karte rahe roj koi na koi issue ke liye. And cannot transact until they fix it. Not to mention slow app, Megastar upgrade issue, account opening issues, initial funding issues and no cheque book support yet. Looks like they should have beta tested for 6 months more. I am done here :>
