There is no contact email for the MD desk. or escalate it further.
My experience is not that great.
I have also tried sending 10 emails on vinayak.more@icicibank.com
but Vinayak sir is sleeping. They do not reply if you send emails to these email addresses. if you have experienced otherwise, let me know.
Yes you are right i also tried mailing to Sandeep.Bakhshi@icicibank.com. But i think they don't reply from personal email ids to external mails. But their pno team is much better than others

Netbanking for Indie is still in works as said by their product manager.
koi ye batao ye indie signature debit card se online transaction decline kyon ho rha h hamesha,
paytm/cheq - declined (entered otp)
mobikwik - success via super otp only
also this super otp option not available everywhere, i only found it in mobikwik only.
DC transaction via otp keeps failing while with super otp going through..
agar kisi ne already iska solution de rakha h to bhai sorry wapas puchne ke liye but ab 1000 comments to wapas padne nhi jaunga me, to please wapas bta do

aap bank se paise nikalne ki baat ker rhe ho. mai to bank acc me paise daal bhi nahi paa rha.
You are talking about withdrawing money from the bank. I am not even able to put money in the bank.

Received your physical dc?
I have emailed them to close my account. So many issues. First there was invalid CVV issue. Then now invalid OTP issue going on. Customer care on phone asking to email them. Matlab hum yahi karte rahe roj koi na koi issue ke liye. And cannot transact until they fix it. Not to mention slow app, Megastar upgrade issue, account opening issues, initial funding issues and no cheque book support yet. Looks like they should have beta tested for 6 months more. I am done here :>
