any bank card (be it Infinia, YES Reserv, Pinnacle) as long as you fill the required amount in FD. Banks won't reject you if you want to keep money in FD and asked something in return, just note that depends on card, the amount required varies.

FYI: For others,

- nothing special in mastercard, maybe OP doesn't have any cards in that network. Other than mastercard world elite, none of the other variants any useful - ignore.
- Opt for FD based card only to start credit card journey, not later - ignore.
