Infinia GOT INFINIA FYF

Just got my Infinia but it's just FYF anyone knows how to get it converted to LTF?

I have got an infinia upgrade from DCB, is this upgrade FYF? I asked customer care they said it was FYF but that there might be a spend waiver for FYF, but did not confirm this.

Can anyone please confirm if there is a spend criteria linked to the First Year Fee waiver for Infinia upgrade?

Upgrades are always FYF
