Got Pre Approved Offer, Business MoneyBack, Skipped. How To Get Millennia As First HDFC Card?

I got normal banner in net banking today, clicked & got back.

Then again Mail, Call, WhatsApp & SMS spammed apply in last 3 hrs to get 1500 GV, I ignored.

2 hours ago, again got mail asking to apply with 54k limit written. Opened & checked it's business MoneyBack only. I don't like it's reward system, not worth for me.

Should I wait for Millennia & higher limit as HDFC gives LE & Upgrades in Eternity? For now, I have thought to skip it.

Give your opinion & react pls 🥹.

Update: I waited 6 months more & procured LTF Millennia credit card as pre approved with huge limit of 150k.

All you need is patience 😉.

You avoided 🥸
I suffered .
Today m asking same question u asked a year ago 😜
Maybe it was your first card that's why you had cravings like that.

See I had freecharge+ credit card which offers 5% on utility & 1% on almost all txns.

So I had preference set to get minimum 5% cashback card on shopping now & 1% cashback cards weren't enough because any prepaid/credit card out there offers 1% cashback anytime.

And I had deep in deep researched about HDFC pre approval cards & it's tricks in other forums before posting here.

Also, since I had a backup of millennia DC too, which offers 5% cashback on gift cards using Smartbuy to cater my shopping spends.

So, wasn't problem in waiting even 1 year more 😁.

I still feel I made a hurry, I could have procured DCB or Infinia LTF [Experimental].

But right 1-2 months after I got Millennia, RBI issued notification for lenders to manage risks. Then HDFC reduced pre approved offer limit to everyone.

जो होता है अच्छे के लिए होता है!!!

I closed Hdfc card this week ..lets see pre approved offer will pop up

@D₹V After you got Millennia offer in HDFC after changing from self-employed to salaried, while confirming/completing card application it again asks you certain things right? Does it ask at that stage self-employed or salaried? What to enter then? Will they cross check with PAN?

They didn't ask anything.

Just confirm address 😀 & successfully approved.
So their pre-approved algorithm overrides the usual stupidity that HDFC bank employees show. That's good to know 😀 Although it is their algorithm that has a bias for salaried (providing them the best cards) and thenga for self-employed.

Obviously every banks has salaried bias.

But recently launched their business cards for self employed are also awesome to go for 😎.

IYKYK.
