Has anyone tried - AU Swipe Up Program ?

I already hold AU Lit card. When I try to register to swipe up, my existing lead id is shown and I am not able to login.

I contacted AU customer care. The representative told that there is limit of only 1 credit card per customer. So I can't get Xcite card.

Anyone faced this already? Is there any way to get second AU card?
 
Rejected me on the first page itself. I just put my PAN and phone number and it Rejected me. No cibil hit, no aadhaar verification.,nothing . I don't even know if I applied for au cc in the past six months. Should I try mailing em?

but have heard 5lac limit on other premium cards usually gets Zenith
and definitely if someone has high net salary above certain threshold which is not disclosed usually
I have AU Vetta, I sent them my ICICI Sapphiro and HDFC DCB statements (both 5L+) limits.
But they were not ready to upgrade from Vetta to Zenith based on other cards.
Does C2C only work during fresh application and not for upgrade ??

throw a dice and tell them ul close the vetta card unless they upgrade! if its an older card and u have good enough transactions on it, they would probably then do it
 
Tried with the swipe up apply now link. Entered my mobile and PAN. Then it asked my salary. Then automatically showed office address. Next it showed AU Zenith, AU LIT card and below that it said joining fee annual fee rs.7500 etc. Closed the browser.

After few hours, got a call from a very aggressive AU sales lady saying since I stopped the process she has called to complete the application and she is going ahead with the application (non stop blah blah). I said stop, I dont want you to complete the application. I dont want to pay joining annual fees etc.

She said sir since you are eligible for higher card that is why it is showing zenith but dont worry it will be life time free just complete application now.

I said until I see it is LTF in the website or in my application, I am not going to apply.

She was relentless and I said I am in office and cant talk now but was not ready to listen, telling I must be new to card related stuff and she is there to explain. I said I have CC since 15+ years so please. Then I cut the call.

1 hour later got a CIBIL notification that my credit score is 801 (from 803 earlier) due to CIBIL hit from AU.

whenever it showed your office address, CIBIL hit happened just before that
they fetch your addresses from CIBIL only
 
I also didn't complete my application, because I wasn't offered the variant I wanted, today I got the call from AU sales team, I explained my issue, the lady said she understood the issue and will call later once she finds a solution/way around.
 
Some more calculation for generic online spends.

1. AU Zenith - 1.25% unlimited + 0.5% (2L quarterly milestone)
2. Xcite Ace - 2% on 12.5-20K and 3% on 20-25K spends, Not useful below 12.5K or above 25K monthly spends
3. Xcite Ultra - 2% unlimited + 125 on first 5 days + 0.5% (2.5L annual spends)

Maximum rewards -
1. For 2/4/6/8L annual spends, AU Zenith will give 1.75%.
2. For 25/50/../300K annual spends, Xcite Ace will give 3% reward rate.
3. For 2.5L annual spends, Xcite Ultra will give 2+0.6+0.5 = 3.1% reward rate, but that 0.6 requires at 60K spending in first 5 days of each month. Above 2.5L will be 2% reward rate.

Xcite Ultra is better than AU Zenith for all spend amounts for generic online spends with flat 2% reward rate.

Xcite Ace is best if one has 20-25K monthly spends.

AU Zenith really needs some improvement in generic reward rate. LTF cards are having better reward rate than 8K card😅. One important thing is it's low foreign currency markup and no exclusion for rent/wallet spends.
Zenith is Visa Infinite and you will get access to Visa Infinite benefits. All Xcite cards seems to be Platinum. Does that tilt anything in favour of Zenith?
 
Au system is garbage. For me didn't show any option of entering existing cc details. Just asked employment details and in the end showed vetta /lit only. no xcite option
