Revaluation HDFC Bank Swiggy credit card cashback will be credited to the card statement instead of Swiggy Money, effective 21st June, 2024.

I recently got the physical card but on the welcome letter it’s still showing cash back will get credited to Swiggy money … anything to worry ? One more thing I haven’t activated the card yet any way to convert it LTF ?

Yes till 20 June. Your card is new so I don’t think you will get in Swiggy money. Nothing to worry about, probably old welcome letter print. Regarding the conversion to LTF, Some people have tried that successfully. Wait for a call from them to activate the card and request for LTF. All the best

Btw here are some observations about my Swiggy card:
- My Swiggy card's statement generation date is 13 as per PDF and amount informed to me on 14th of the month
- The cashback was posted to Swiggy Money wallet on 18th of the month
It would've been nicer if like Axis Ace, that month's statement itself showed the cashback PER TXN. HDFC Neu card also gives txn-wise Neucoins received. Swiggy card's cashback is going to be in next month's statement so probably just a total? Not a txn wise breakdown
And of course, the change is going to take effect from 21st June. Correct me if I misunderstood something

Yes, that's correct. They told that there wont be an details on the cashback but just the total cashback would be added to the subsequent month's statement. Same goes to hsbc cashback card as well

I don’t think they would oblige. what core cards are you suggesting, with ₹500 fee?

You need to manually calculate as there is no option which shows the cashback individually

Just got an SMS of how much cashback this month I got from HDFC Swiggy card. As per my calculations, it is exactly as expected. The card did give 5% cashback for Flipkart grocery besides Flipkart retail purchase because MCC 5699 came for grocery 🤭

So, is it 4 to 5 days after the statement generation? But this is still old way where it credits to swiggy money. Now, when the changes takes on jun 22nd, they will delay the cashback to next statement cycle

That's the reason why hsbc card isn't giving 10% cashback for Flipkart groceries i guess
If merchant Name was
"Flipkart Internet PVT LTD", then it is Apparel MCC🤣
HSBC Cashback walo ka moye moye, Sunday ko offer thha 200 off ka socha double dip karuga but then I confirmed MCC first and used Cashback SBI for double Dip🤣
