HDFC sending Credit Limit Enhancement offer

My father using regilia 1st from more than 5 years i guess.
They have only 15k limit.
They have good business more than 10lacs itr.
Still hdfc is not ready to increase limit..
AT END my father closed that card and applied for new with Latest ITR ang got 3.6L limit.
Same with me i got hdfc MB cc with 1L limit.
1.5yr old. I sent income proof everything by mail by post but they are not ready to increase not even for upgrade.
Seems like hdfc choose people randomly.
LIke kids lY cricket and choose by 1 2 3 4 5... for bat 1st.

First HDFC offered me only 1k voucher.

Then I told them, this is not a fair compensation.
Nhi to m chla RBI ke pass

Then they offered me LTF millennia Upgrade along with 1k voucher since my card limit is 36k , I was not in a position to demand a higher variant, so I accepted it.

Bhai jawab aya HDFC ka. Mne LE ki mail krte hue unko issue raise kr dia and asked for compensation LE to mna kr dia but apni glti mante hue ab vo mje FYF regalia offer kar rhe. Ab use LTF kse karau ye btao. esa kya bolu ki vo khud agle mail m kahe le bhai tu le ltf regalia.

Simply explain what issue you are facing.

If that issue is of repeated nature then ask for Compensation in 4th complaint.

Write this in your 4th complaint regarding same issue
I can not tolerate your Shamelessness and madness anymore.

Compensate Fairly for wasting my time and resources.

Otherwise, I would not hesitate in raising the matter with HONOURABLE RBI BANKING OMBUDSMAN.

Do axis also give compensation?

FYF offer kya HDFC ne woh bhi LE ke like request kya thha jo ki koi issue hai hi nhii , itna Kaafi nhi Hai.

Bhai aap ye btao ki m unko ye boldu ki this is not fair compensation.. bas or vo khud de denge ya clearly mention kru ki I expect LTF regalia as compensation. Ya or kya mail m likhu ki vo khud bole le bhai tu le LTF regalia humari trf se. Pls btao yr I really need this card but won’t be able to pay fee or waiver condition bhi meet ni kar paunga to free MIL jaye to bht mehrbani hgi

Now-a-days, millenia is not being given LTF.

If you ask LTF card as compensation from rbi you will never get it from bank. I've tried with axis and HDFC without success. You have to negotiate with the bank yourself without involving rbi. You have to ask this much compensation or a LTF card from bank directly. Though success is very less likely

I get your point but bank themself offered FYF card as compensation, I did not asked for it. Now I feel this is not a satisfactory compensation as per my complaint raised. Complaint was not related to card upgrade. Since they are offering me FYF card I feel it should be LTF at least to match the complain intensity. That’s my opinion. Should I dm you So we can discuss my case better on personal chat ?

HDFC does not accepts ICICI Bank statement for C2C limit enhancement. Try with SBI OR Axis u might get enhancement
