HDFC credit Limit enhancement offer

khuch ko pta Hoga toh complaint nhi kari hogi.
Isley HDFC NPCI se mila hua Cashback Akeley hazam Karne ki taad m thaa.

Mne toh mail m clear mention kar diya thha yeh konsa SCAM kar rahe ho.offer expire bhi ho gaya aur Cashback post nhi hua.
As per tnc within 3 days post hona thha.
HDFC ne within 04 months m bhi nhi kara aur abhi bhi reply diya hai we are in process of posting the cashback
Mujhe bhi same response Mila hai HDFC se, they shall post cashback for all eligible users. Please do update when you get the 10% UPI cashback
 
anyone got C2C LE in hdfc by sending icici amazon pay or mmt card statement..
i am thinking of sending the docs via post..

will they accept amazonpay or mmt card statement fo this ?
I applied for business regalia c2c on base of my apay with the limit of 420k and received business Moneyback with limit of 23k so i think they dont accept co branded cards

Hdfc doesn't give value to ICICI Bank, cause they know ICICI gives high credit limits and limit enhancement offers to all customers.
If you want a good limit then apply for hdfc c2c with axis or other bank cards.
You will get good limit.
 
While there is a different view point in my Mother's case. She is salaried in state government sector.

She applied Millennia CC using here Amazon Pay Credit card statement in June 2022 (Limit: 1L)- now Apay limit is 5L.
HDFC approved Millenia with limit of 1.21 L.

Simply explain what issue you are facing.

If that issue is of repeated nature then ask for Compensation in 4th complaint.

Write this in your 4th complaint regarding same issue
I can not tolerate your Shamelessness and madness anymore.

Compensate Fairly for wasting my time and resources.

Otherwise, I would not hesitate in raising the matter with HONOURABLE RBI BANKING OMBUDSMAN.

Are only credit card related complaints allowed or general account or banking related services complaint can also be raised for compensation.

If we have no major issue, how to makeup one and use it as big complaint?
 
Voucher ni esa batao ki LTF card upgrade ya Limit enhancement de de 😅
First HDFC offered me only 1k voucher.

Then I told them, this is not a fair compensation.
Nhi to m chla RBI ke pass

Then they offered me LTF millennia Upgrade along with 1k voucher since my card limit is 36k , I was not in a position to demand a higher variant, so I accepted it.

I have already raised my concern for bad customer support from BOB to OMBUDSMAN. Let's see what happens.
