HDFC Credit Limit Increased from 15.5 lakh to 17.05 Lakh

HDFC is offering increase in credit limit.....My wife received SMS regarding increase in credit limit...Increased to 17.05 Lakh

Cluster head. Your bm's immediate boss. He can make Millenia ltf for preferred and rg for imperia very easily. Even making rg ltf for preferred isn't a big deal.

You can ask your rm/bm for his details. Otherwise you can search your branch details in hdfc page, mail/call them to get his details.

Yes but in other case it depends on luck or approval. But what I was telling is the product feature of preferred/imperia banking. Ch doesn't need to ask for anyone's approval or give any explanation why he is giving the cc as ltf.

No LE for more than a year now, and even the RM is suggesting to close the card at this point. Apparently they can't do limit increase and card upgrade at the same time 🙂

He is lying. Both offline and online upgrade application have this option.

Will online upgrade require a check on my CIBIL? I don't see any option for upgrade/LE

By online I meant mail. When you mail for card upgrade. They will ask your consent for application of le and card upgrade. There will be hard enquiry. As Hdfc loves to do hard enquiries, they might even do Multiple enquiries.

Thought so, they did 3 hard enquires for a FD backed credit card 🙂 and I even tried raising a dispute but to no avail.

What about card to card or something else? I don't want to just take a chance on HDFC at this point, I would rather continue with my current ones and let this one exist XD

Card 2 card will give you moneyback, freedom and max to max millennia

Last Yr Feb & March they were offering ltf till rg on c2c. But that was for new application or who had closed old cc more than 90days ago.

I just don't want to go for a hard enquiry with HDFC, I would rather apply with a bank which I don't have any past banking relationship with

Try & let us know if you get atleast RG with c2c

They aren't even hearing for credit limit match & you are saying they will give dcbm or infinia

Thing is, I am not primary imperia, my brother is, I am under his family banking and even my brother's RG isn't LTF lol. He anyways does spends and his fee got reversed last month, so not sure if it's worth but will talk to RM abt my card.
