Hi Friends,

As per limits of smartbuy one can get max 2500 points per day on DCB , that means just 7,500 ruppes hotel I can book ,,, post that no points ? as this will be 10x if we book via smartbuy .. 7500/150*5*10 = 2500 ?

Isn't this limit too low ?

ok . so junk ... any other bank cards which gives accelerated rewards on hotel booking via their portal .. have almost all major bank CC

you can try upgrading to infinia as it has 7.5k daily limit. no idea about other bank cards, see if any travel specific cards are valuable for your case (magnus, atlas, mmt-icici, etc).

But if u have existing points, you can redeem them and if net u pay 7.5 then it will be alright..

You should try Magnus. Until any further devaluations happen, Magnus has no cap on rewards earned!... With DCB and through C2C basis, you can easily get Magnus

250 are normal point(1x) and rest 2250 is accelerated (9x).

So we can still book a bit higher amount than 7500, correct ?
If 2500 is limit on accelerated, then ideally we should be able to book hotel worth 8333 to get total 2777 points
out of which 2500 are accelerated (9x) and rest 277 are normal (1x).
The above calculation is correct, right ?

have yatra increased the number of gv that can be used to book flight as well ? I think there is max limit of 3 . can't they make it 10 or higher ?
