Hi all in december last week i approached nearest hdfc bank branch and asked them for infiniti bank account (i dont have any hdfc account) iam looking for direct infiniti account opening, the branch bm told fist they will open a account in imperia and upgrade in few days, iam ok and opened account , but surprisingly i have received platinum account,i called the bm he told for their branch they can open this account and next to imperia and then it can be upgraded to INFINITI after fullfilling 5cr Trv , i have accepted it and after few days they sent email and sms to accept for imperia, i did the same and in next 24 hours automatically converted to imperia, then he asked me to transfer fiunds for reaching 5cr trv , i did it in few weeks , in feb , 1st week he told they have sent for infiniti approval , it tool 2 weeks as the officer in approval is in leave, on 18th feb he told it is approved 1st they will get kit to branch and ,the RM AND BM will come to my palce and send a link .. on the next day he called me and informed that they received kit and came to my place and handovered the kit, in kit i have received only personalized cheque book and welcome letter and some broucher etc.. they told in 2 , 3 days account will convert to infiniti as i have accepted the ling for infiniti ,yesterday it is officially showing in app and online banking as infiniti .. now on monday the Rm bm is coming with infinia credit card application , they check my itrs and told iam eligible .. i dont have any hdfc cards previously as of now, hope iam going to get infinia credit card directly with itrs..total it took almost 50 days from platinum account to infiniti account. overall i didnt get any excitement after receiving the kit, all i opened this account for getting infinia credit card only .. as i dont have any hdfc credit card or bank account previously ..

i see hdfc bank credit card members benifits and rewards and discounts rergularly so i tought it is better to take 1 hdfc card , and i see people are crazy in infinia card and seen many people telling their experiances how they acheive , and how they are rejected .. so i tought with out long process i choose infiniti account is best to get by default when we have 60L+ itrs ..

actually iam not ready to apply , on customer care call i applied.. its a mistake directly appling a card for business people they will reject .. we can get by giving Trv only ..

@king of the kings i congratulate you and honestly i'm baffled with this thread. Your humility is exceptional. What are your thoughts on getting HDFC Biz Black, it'll be very beneficial for you considering the fact that you have a business and your ITR is above 2 Cr. Then in that case you'll even gain a lot while paying GST & Income Tax. What are your thoughts on this???
Also please do share the infinia card's photo once you receive it & please please tag me when you do. It's my request because wanted to see if it comes in a different packaging for Infiniti People. Also what does the infiniti cheque look like??? We all have seen classic / preferred / imperia personalised cheques, how does an infiniti cheque look lie? Would you mind showing us after bluring out all the confidential details

Also infinity debit card please 🙂 For us, infiniti is just a dream. So just getting to see the photo itself is a fortune.
I also think Axis Burgundy Private - Most probably you are the only few (less than 5) people who have this card in this community.

i am on the same boat as you,
i opened two bank a/c with 2cr initial funding with axis and got approved for fyf magnus for burgundy, they were telling me to get burgundy private but its doesnt have accelerated rewards so didn’t took it,
I also called icici rm to my office told them i’ll give you 2cr funding but get me two emeralde private metal cards and since then no response from them.
Icici is overhyping the card.

I had a similar situation despite high TRV and ITR. I wish they had had the Infiniti account back then. I would have happily deposited 5 crores for Infinia.
I tried that with HDFC to get Infinia but it didn't work.

We need more business people here on technofino, most of the members are salaried and not aligned to our ways of getting super premium credit cards through trv/nrv and vice a versa.
I had about 15cr in my savings a/c in dec 2023 but was not into credit cards so had lost so much opportunity since then, i got into credit cards just in dec 2024 and got to know so much through this wonderful forum.
Wish i had that much trv/nrv now i could have got any credit cards without much problem 🤔
