I got my Regalia in May 2022 and the first LE in Sep 2022, 2.25 to 3.45. nothing this time though.

and on netbanking it doesn't show any offer.
on clicking increase limit / card upgrade request it only show FUNC-Blocked.

Just the usual HDFC mobile banking app. In addition to the app, even after accepting LE, I got multiple email and sms.
