HDFC Marriott Bonvoy card application help

I have DCB and Tata Neu Infinity.
While applying for Marriott Bonvoy card following message is displayed
*We regret to inform you that currently we don't have any marriot bonvoy card offer for you*

Anyone who successfully got Marriott Bonvoy card after this message?

I talked to DCB RM. As per HDFC, since I already have Tata neu as floater card I can not apply for Marriott Bonvoy card.

Can anyone confirm if we get 10% points on stays which are booked entirely via points considering that we are Silver Elite member?

Award stays doens't qualify an an earning activity

I recently applied for the card, which was approved.
But when I try opening the application status page, it shows the card as delivered but the card doesn't show up yet on the HDFC bank app. Unsure as to what's happening here. Any thoughts?
