I think the above mentioned conditions are only for the people holding Standard Banking accounts with HDFC and excluded for other higher categories and salaried account holders.

Nope I had classic salary account which I upgraded to preferred but still got the mail.

Not that it matters much, but I have Imperia Platinum DC, and I have still received the email. I think this applies to all Platinum DC by HDFC

Airport lounge access on debit cards

ATM withdrawal excluded but it is silent on hdfc bank bill pay website. Just talks about online and pos spends. Hope it is covered.
