Important update on Lounge Access via HDFC Credit Cards from December 1st, 2023.
HDFC Regalia First

1. Effective December 1st, 2023, Complimentary lounge access at lounges within and outside India can no longer be availed on Regalia First Card.

HDFC Millennia

1. To Access Domestic Lounges you need to spend Rs 1 lac in a quarter.
2. The number of domestic lounge visits on HDFC Millennia reduced to 1 from 2 per quarter

HDFC Regalia

1. To Access Domestic Lounges you need to spend Rs 1 lac in a quarter.
2. No condition is applicable for International Lounge access using PP issued with HDFC Regalia

HDFC Regalia Gold

1. No changes were made.

Looks like another attempt by HDFC Bank to pocket annual fees by making people upgrade to Regalia Gold who are holding LTF HDFC Regalia and HDFC Millennia.

Magnus is a no brainer after seeing all the posts except Burgundy and DCB Plastic ( will fall Because of lots of free cards to alumni) Deval and restrictions on the way and infinia hard to get so there will be sanataa soon except the privileged peeps.

We shall call us lucky getting Infinia & DCB at right time few years back before all this devaluations getting kicked in & tougher eligibility criteria for getting this cards today.

Have you previously used immediately immediate two swipes? It was like this only earlier too. In the same lounge one can swipe only after 2 hours.

Why do you want to swipe again immediately? For guest access, you need to inform to add +1 as guest in the terminal and do single swipe.

Yes, this condition has been there for a long time. Mainly to avoid accidental double swipes. You could swipe again after 3 hours, but most lounges have always allowed me to overstay.

But still there are hopes as there is no condtions on Axis,Au,Indusind may be other banks i just know this 3 banks. So do not loose hope for those who do not hold super premium cards.!!

For all the mid range LTF cards, banks should just charge for all the lounge access during renewal if the annual fee spend waiver criteria is not met. (Card will be LTF but lounge access will be charged)
If your yearly spends crosses annual fee waiver limit then lounge access is free.

I find the AU LIT method best which charges 199 for 1 visit and 299 for 2 visits per quarter.
However, I used AU Rupay Platinum DC for lounge access.

Aur filhal to Neu Infinity ko aisa kuch criteria bhi attach nahi kiya hai to usse bhi kaam ho jayega
