HDFC Tata Neu Coins not credited in Neu App. I put both CC on Conference

My Tata neu plus bill was generated on 21st March with 709 neu coins which are yet to reflect in my tata neu app. So I called 1800 258 wala HDFC Customer care, he told me to call 1800 208 wala Tata Neu Customer care. There I was told by IVR to write a query on chat in Tata Neu App. So I went to the app and the cust care executive told me to contact HDFC bank as my coins were not sent by them. So, I mailed both HDFC and Tata neu in CC with my neu statement screenshot as well as card statement and again called HDFC.
The HDFC guy was very rude and was trying every loophole like you will get it after 21st april, 7 days not over, ask tata neu..
While I was on call with HDFC, got a call from Tata Neu. Told HDFC guy to be on hold and then put Tata Neu agent on conference call and told them to fight and decide who is going to pay me the coins. Both were doing random sh*t, like sir "Aap batao statement mei hua hai ki nahi, aap batao Neu coins aaye hai ki nhi".. Meanwhile those 30 min I was watching LSG death overs and enjoying their conference call. Finally, Neu guy told me to mail him the HDFC statement and he will contact me within 72 Hours.
Has anybody else faced this issue where neu coins earned in statement were not reflecting in tata neu app even after 7 days ?

EDIT - GOT NEU Coins today (7Apr). I think it was a mistake from the Tata Neu's end. HDFC is yet to respond me on mail, while tata neu was calling everyday

Ah okay, I asked because using SBI cb is better than neu infinity almost always.

I think in the HDFC statement itself we should get 5% for neu purchases. I haven’t tried though, but read somewhere in the forum.

HDFC customer care confirmed that Additional 5% for Neu pass members are posted by Tata Neu and not by HDFC.

Yes, have done the same to TataNeu HDFC team, let's see.

I sent them order confirmation email as there amount time was exactly matching.

Update, I had complained to TataNeu HDFC team for 2 cards.

For one of them today got update that they have manually credited the missing 3.5% points. So that is good. They are fixing issues at their end.

till march, i got neu coins on neu card statement without any issue, but for april and may months - even though i earned neu coins in both months, same was shown in both months statements but no neu coins credited. neither it was showing on hdfc side nor it was credited in neu.
mailed hdfc and neu both some days ago, hdfc did something and now last 2 months rewards showing in hdfc app and webiste but still no credited in neu app..
already mailed neu but no response..

previously i got rewards credited for 4-5 months without any issue but don't know what happened for 2 months.

what should i do, already mailed both hdfc and neu again but hdfc said to contact neu..

I got my tata neu Infinity Card after applying directly with hdfc bank, but the card is not showing in Tata neu app. What can I do regarding this? Will I still get the 5% neu coins if I transact through tata neu app through tata neu Infinity cc?

Order chai-patti from bbnow and see if they give 5%.. Baki agar nhi dete hain hdfc tata neu wale cc number par cl karo ya app ke chat mei ek SR raise kar do.. ho jayega.

i had two months neu coins pending i.e. april and may months, raised complaint to both hdfc and tata neu, hdfc said tata neu side's fault..
tata neu took 1.5 months and said that they were some negative balance in neu coins thats why no neu coins were credited. even though that wasn't the case i had around 800 neu coins pending (total 1000 but 200 revesed as wallet transaction), even after explaing all that they didn't understand. even though i already sent both months statements. after so much debate they agreed to credit may month neu coins (around 200).

for june month - neu coins credited without any issue..

after wasting 2 months i still lost 600 neu coins. don't know what was the issue, for starting 5-6 months no issue was there, only april and may month had issue.

tried complaining to rbi ombudsmen but then i came to know there isn't any tata neu or neu there. even on cusumer helpline there isn't any neu or tata neu.

well hdfc isn't at fault here, it is tata neu's fault. i already mailed to hdfc several times but all they said is this issue is from tata neu side.

tata neu support regarding credit card is worst, they do take request but resolution takes months and that also may not be in our favour.
