Hello, I'm looking for a savings account which has high interest rate and also offers a good CC and low to minimal maintenance charges. I already have a salary account in HDFC and savings account in SBI, not interested in Axis due to poor experience of non burgundy accounts. So open to any other bank. Any suggestions would be welcome. I can maintain 10-20k MAB but need flexibility to move money if needed and hence need a low MAB account. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

Yeah you can easily upgrade your account in IndusInd. Just keep 1L for sometime and send the request for Select account. They'll do it. After that send a mail to them to confirm that your select account is LTF by mentioning Legend card details.

Savings account interest rate is 4% but its not monthly payout unlike IDFC. Its on quarterly basis. That's why I prefer IDFC for keeping funds.

ASLO THERE ARE NO EXTRA CHARGES IN INDUSIND SELECT RIGHT LIKE FOR IMPS DEBIT CARD ETC ETC?

I am confused should i go with indusind or idfc? i want minimum charges for all & possible zero balance ok with 10k balance too. my dad has idfc wealth do i get any benefit through that for getting a zero balance account?

You won't get zero balance account in IDFC. They offer it rarely to their cc customers but its not fixed unlike IndusInd. Minimum you'll get 10k MAB account but it has very low txn limits.

Better go with IndusInd. By getting Indus Legend CC, you'll get premium Select account for free.

Select account will become zero MAB only when you link Indus Legend card to your account. After linking, send them a mail to confirm whether its 0 MAB account or not. Mention your Legend card details there. They'll send the confirmation. Then you've written proof.

Once your CC and Savings Account starts reflecting in Same Netbanking/Mobile Banking Login, then Your Account becomes a Effective Zero Balance Account.

If you want confirmation in Wriiten then Mark an E-mail. Otherwise it is not required.

Your Account Statement is Proof itself and SOC is also there as a Proof
