HNI BANKING Programmes with free Rupay Select DC?

Most of the banks that offer Rupay Select DC are PSUs with very problematic sites with no clear way to access info. Does anybody have any experience of a premium account from these banks which gives a free Rupay Select DC at MAB of 1-2L?

only one I have come across is Karnataka Bank Ruby programme but not sure about irl experience of the bank.

PNB gives Rupay Select DC for their HNI accounts. MAB required is only 50k.

I do believe that Canara Bank SB PowerPlus comes with a Platinum Debit card with your choice of variant. Visa, mastercard or rupay and is free. But please do confirm it with the bank.

Edit: Union Bank for sure gives Rupay Select LTF with their HNI account.

I've got two Rupay Select D/c from Canara and other from Union,

Canara is a regular account, they give out Rupay Platinum (my old card) and Rupay Select Cards very easily, just ask nicely, but its paid

Union is a Salary Account, Zero Balance and a Free Rupay Select Card
