How to apply/upgrade Axis Credit Card over call?

Can sometime tell me the exact process to apply or upgrade an exisiting card of Axis Bank over call to customer care?

I do not have any upgrade offer in my Mobile Banking application. Is it still possible to upgrade?

I got a axis my zone card in September and in October I called the customer care to ask if i can get axis Ace, she asked me the last four digits of my card and gave me a list of all the cards which i can get over the call without any verification. She listed all cards even Magnus but not Ace and Airtel 🥲.
The age of your axis card doesn't matter, you can just call and ask for a new card but the catch is it won't be ltf

maybe long term like 3+ years in existing card will give chance for new LTF again but its not the case for HNI cards they wont lose 10k easily

I also got Axis my zone with shared limit of my existing Flipkart axis card by calling even though my axis my zone Ltf application was rejected.

I already have 3 Credit Cards from Axis Bank, Privilege, Flipkart, and Magnus. I asked to upgrade the Privilege to Indian Oil. But they said since you already have 3 credit cards we cannot upgrade your credit card.

I doubt it, Select is LTF for Burgundy, if you have good NRV, you can definitely push your RM, and BM. Not guaranteed, that's for sure.

I would also like to know this. If possible, I want to get the IOCL they are giving LTF via CC. I got Axis Select last month itself.

currently hold HNI Magnus relationship alone
when i visited branch for an add-on application branch ppl asked whether i'm burgundy client lol
