How to convert HDFC DinersClub Black card to LTF?

I recently got HDFC DinersClub Black card in upgrade offer(from Diners Privilege) as FYF(First Year Free).

I watched this video How To Convert HDFC Bank Credit Card To Lifetime Free Credit Card and at the end @TechnoFino confirms that, Infinia caanot be converted to LTF using mentioned options. Can DCB be converted to LTF using any one of the options? or is there any other way to convert DCB to LTF?

DCB you can get LTF only thru your relationship manager. S/HE will need to pitch for your card to be made LTF.

Why do you even want to bother spending time and energy on this? That card is practically free except for the GST component.

Agree. Small caveat on it's free, but rewards points recd on renewal must be used for smartbuy flights only. Else it's 50% free!

You dont get rewards points on DCB renewal. You only get reward points in Infinia
