For me 48360 points, 25000 milestone + 10000 grabdeals Feb + 10000 retention + 3360 grabdeals Jan (was pending).

I too have GyFTR and traveledge ticket both 5x
Plus a m&s in march buying but I have to wait till my turn comes

I got my Magnus in December'22, and I have just crossed the 15L milestone for fee waiver, in under 6 months, unexpectedly. I guess I won't be able to use this trick, because they would probably say that my fee will get waived off for next year anyways 😅

No I just called and they took my request in few seconds.

One advantage I had - my card is due for renewal next month so I clearly told them either they cancel or make my card LTF - and then they offered me 10K ER (as expected).

So apparently, I tried to close my Select Credit Card which comes as LTF with Burgundy relationship and I was denied by customer care that since my card is LTF there is no retention offer for it.
Has anyone tried to avail this offer for their LTF card?

Yeah, mine was LTF and maybe that was the reason.
I will try with Magnus as soon as I have some outstanding on it.

Ek baar ajeeb to laga tha asking for retention. Lets see if I feel wierd asking second time 😅

Actually the cc guy gave a big gyan of all features of Magnus card I just kept listening as a refresher of benefits which took me more than 10min
