HDFC Bank Infinia is the best credit card available in India for frequent air travellers. HDFC Bank market this credit card as an invite only card, but in reality you can actually apply for this card.
Official Eligible Income Criteria For HDFC Infinia- 43L ITR (depends on location)

If you don't have ITR of 43L/24L you can still get HDFC Infinia/DCB, you have to fulfil some other criteria.

I recently got upgraded my Tata neu plus to Tata neu infinity.

When can I mail priority redressal to apply dcb ltf under alumni as a whole new card (no upgrade )

Friends I have a question here. My wife lost Infinia Credit card and I called up Customer care. They asked me if they have to block or I can block. I said I will block it and just that i wanted to check becasue for me only my card option shows. They said both cars will be blocked and new cards will be generated. To my surprise I received 2 Sets of cards along with Priority Pass. Upon trying to reset the PI i came to know that one set is Blocked. ( may be even the customer care placed the block request)

Question is around Priority Pass. Does Th priority Pass also gets blocked

I have a DCB card with 11.2 lakh limit. I have been using it since 3 years.

I also have a preferred account in HDFC. My ITR is more than 60L.

I want to upgrade to Infinia. How should i do this? Will there be any negative effect on my profile if HDFC declines?

You need to spend around 8 lakh in six month on your DCB and then try for upgrade.. as you already fulfill the criteria of limit..

Sharing my experience here in getting an Infinia as a new to bank (NTB) customer,

First HDFC card was a Tata Neu card with poor limit (50k). I learnt on the forum about Infinia hence went ahead and closed the Neu card after using it for a month to get an Infinia. A week or so after the card closure, I approached the nearby branch in Bangalore to inquire about the same. They asked me to open a bank account with them and after that they can get me a FYF Infinia card provided requirement / eligibility was met, which was minimum net salary credit > 2.7L to any bank account. I was fine to open a Savings Max account with HDFC as it was quite close to my place (~ 200m) and I can use the platinum DC for CC bill payments. The branch did not ask me to open a higher variant account or ask for opening a salary account or anything else.

I submitted the docs for Infinia on 21th September, I then received a call from the CC processing branch from Bangalore and an application reference number on 30th September (delay could be attributed to holidays). Got another call few days later for verification again. On 5th October, my bank branch official called me up and told me that the application is approved but they've reverted back to him with a query about the recent Tata Neu card closure and hence the application was marked as risk. He also assured me that he would respond back to the query and the card approval should be completed in a day or two. All this while, the tracking on HDFC's website showed the status as IN PROCESS.

On October 6th the tracking website showed the status as Approved and the same was confirmed by the bank branch official. I called up CC today to confirm the same and was able to get the last 4 digits from them as well as the approved limit (8L).
