First one, I've been checking on hdfc portal from past 2-3 days. I called customer care, the IVR is able to identify the first application number but the CC agents are not getting any information regarding it saying it's incorrect. However, I'm able to check the status online using that same number. Now, I don't know which application is for what. I'll connect with the sales manager to know more.
