No, I tried for it but they denied it straight away. They said I can request for LTF later on. Also, I was going through some threads, and people are saying that the card becomes LTF if my employer has contract with HDFC and some people in DB have got the card LTF even when they were informed that they'll have to pay. Anyways, I do not have any other relation with HDFC, so guess they wouldn't give the card LTF that easily.

Right, let's see what happens. As per the HDFC Sales Manager, all approvals are in place. The phone verification was done yesterday. Now it's just wait and watch. HDFC's online application tracking portal is so pathetic, 60-70 % times it shows that no application was found with my details and remaining 30%, it shows IN PROCESS.

@SSV have helped tons of people wether it for HDFC infinia Approval or Amex Approval, have a word with him(DM) if you want.. who applied infinia for you cause it seem hdfc will approved some other hdfc cc.
He's also saying that he can't find anything with old reference number, and the application number for Infinia was sent yesterday only. So, no one has any idea about the old application, they're not even able to find it. hope it does not effect the current application.
