How to get ICICI MasterCard World Debit Card

I am ICICI wealth management customers but i have visa signature card from 6 month and i paid 500/- for it, I wasn't know they give MasterCard World Debit Card or Visa platinum chip for lifetime free got to know recently. So how can i get MasterCard World Debit Card or Platinum chip debit card for free. Everyone was getting it while opening account in welcome kit, i don't know why i didn't got it.

leave rm. just call CC and ask to change your debit card. if they say bank is not issuing mastercard than ask the cc person to check in their system once and comfirm same. you will get your card within 5 working days.
i had platinum chip since last 1 year just changed to mastercard world debit last week.

Just contact the customer care. They'll create a SR and you'll receive the card in 5-6 days.

Yes, I called customer care and got it.
