How to invest in European and Japan stocks?

Hi everyone

I want to buy stocks of some companies in Japan and Europe. There are a lot of options available to buy US stocks in India like Groww and IND Money. To buy European and Japan stocks, however, a global stock broker may be required. One of the most famous ones is Interactive Brokers. It is free and allows to invest in global securities. However, to transfer money from India to Interactive Brokers without incurring any fees can only be done when you already have a US bank account. If you don't have a US bank account, you have to wire the money to Interactive Brokers which involves transactions costs. I have not been able to find any US bank which allows Indian citizens to open a US Bank account from India.

I am looking either for
1) any free global stock broker to buy European and Japan securities;
2) any method to transfer money to Interactive Brokers without incurring any charges; or,
3) any US bank where I can open an account from India without any SSN and deposit some money in it.

Any leads or help would be highly appreciated.
