HSBC Application on hold

My HSBC CC Application was put on hold and I was informed that an agent would reach out asking for relevant information and documentation.
Reason for hold, insufficient documentation/ information.

Does anyone has similar experience? If yes what did you no as next steps.

Update: they asked for docs on 3rd and card approved on 8th, received on 9th.

I got a call from their credit card application and then silence for 1 MONTH

Customer care on call told my application was rejected and i gave up.

Then out of the blue, after 1 whole mont, i got another call and my application was processed within 3-4 days

So i would say, wait

They sent a mail saying they were unable to issue card, then I got a call asking for latest payslip but they didn't tell me how to send it. any ideas?
