I even called the HSBC/Hopper customer care and they said they're unable to provide a PDF. Which is really rather strange.

Just check your reservation on the airline portal and you will get an option to send ticket in email.

Not booked an airline ticket yet but did a hotel reservation and there just is no option to get a PDF! Had to email the hotel itself to get one.

Did you update the app or uninstalled and reinstalled ( ideally both should be same but who knows ) ? You can first deactivate the device(phone) on the app and log off and then uninstall and reinstall the app ,After installing again, there would be an OTP sent for reauthentication during the sign in process.
We dont specifically need to send an SMS.

Tried uninstall and reinstall but no use. Called customer care and they said the issue is not completely resolved for few users and asked me to wait few more days.

So it seems the app on the App store needs to be updated like it was on play store. if you find an updated version of the app on App store you can update and check- it should mostly work then.

In general yes but in instances, not by a huge amount. Two rooms I'd booked in Kyoto for 48k on MMT around a month ago were 51.5k on HSBC. Given the rewards I will get on HSBC, its absolutely worth that difference.

Even though my employer isn't on the list, I entered and submitted it anyway. I hope they will issue cards to companies outside the list, since my employer is a public limited company 🤞.

When I enter my company name by fully typing it along with address, it is asking me to enter employment details again and not letting me proceed to the next step.

Did you try removing the commas in the address? I had the same issue—it said the address wasn’t updated. I think it's due to a character limit or special characters

I will try again and update.

Never received any call from HDFC though.
