Is it possible to get this as LTF? I recently upgraded my HSBC Platinum to HSBC Live+. But also got a HDFC Swiggy ltf after that. What should I do now?
 
Hi, how did you upgrade? I sent them the request over email and they didn't even acknowlege or reply.
I called the customer care number and asked for upgrade. Had LTF hsbc platinum card that I wasn't really using for over 4 years as no offers. And they gladly upgraded it.

as you might already aware hsbc currently have only "2" cards. One is already available as LTF and other is Paid.

If both are LTF then bank either stop providing benefits as it is currently or altogether close the businesss. Because LTF cards doesn't sustain in any bank (ex: IDFC).

Currently not possible to get as LTF, but if its available then we may not need to discuss this card anymore, IMO.

Btw, Swiggy : For Online Spends 5%
Live+ : For Offline grocery, dining. and Online other food apps 10%

So just call and they take that request? I remeber chatting with their customer service using chat option on the app and they asked me to send an email filling the upgrade form available on the website.. had to install adobe just for that form filling.

Hmm I didn't need to do any of that. Just called. And asked them. But yes even on chat it should work out. And I didn't even need to fill out any form. Not sure why.
 
I am not getting statement emails for my card in my mailbox. I reached out to customer support and they say it is enabled, but I am not receiving the statement email. Any idea how to enable it through online if possible?

nothing like that in online, check junk, spam etc. and if enabled categories in gmail there etc. if all good, need to check with support only.

how many months its been like this?
