hardly any usage, card is 6-7 years old, received enhancement of 2x earlier this year, however not taken that either

got 5L offer from 3.89L. Got the cashback card this April only.
I have below 3L limit, got 6+ in the first which I did not opt for, and then got this after 6-8 months.

I received LE 6 months ago as well. I texted and even called customer service, but you shouldn't waste your time because your limit will be increase in a month or 2.

Has anyone received sny update or the limit has been changed?
I understand that it takes time for them. Different answers from everyone, ranging from 3 working days to 15 working days.
