Hey! I got ICICI Sapphiro Dual Variant after 3 tries under an alumni offer in the last three years. How do I check if I got LTF one or not? Because general welcome mail says:
Avail amazing welcome vouchers worth more than Rs 9,000 within 45 days of payment of joining fees

Is it general mail or do i need to check with someone?

Do they ask office mail id?

They asked me, didn't really ask whether it was mandatory and it got saved as alternative email address

Im eligible for Rubyx and CIBIL is 748. Should I apply?
Do you get multiple variants for Rubyx too?

• Yes they provide mastercard, amex and a third dreamfolks lounge card
• Rubyx isn't a bad card and can be a stepping stone to Sapphiro, whether or not you should take it depends on your current card portfolio and spends
• Yes you get a dual Rubyx variant as well

I am thinking to do dual to visa flip, however @haroldh incident is stopping me.

Email customer care from yr registered mail ID, mentioning the last 4 digits of both cards(if it's dual variant) and ask them to confirm that yr card is LTF. They ll do so. Keep that mail for future reference. Better to wait for the confirmation mail to activate the card.

Mine got rejected yesterday, filled out the form again yesterday, another guy called today regarding the application and i asked him the reason for rejection and he said he would confirm the same from the backend team and get back to me...

No update on reason for rejection yet.

Did you get any verification call post vkyc confirming where you want card delivery (home/office address) etc?

I applied for card on 8 Jul, completed the vkyc on same day and had to send a mail from office email stating that i was working from home. Got a sms today saying the card will be delivered in 7 days. No in person verification. Dont know its real or fake

They did not ask me for any such thing but I had existing CC relationship with ICICI Bank.

nothing much only BOGO twice with instant discount in a month, where as for dual it is instant for MC & cashback after 60day in Amex once a month(which is hit nd miss)
