ICICI Family 360 Account

1st do write to customercare@icicibank.com & add the BM there. --> wait for their reply
Have a proof of docs & mail --> send mail back with all proofs

Now if you won't get the satisfaction till 1 month --> raise complaint with RBI stating violation of customer norms (as ICICI diff on paper & diff on ground).

You will get 110% call very next working day. --> make sure to record that conversation too.
I have raised level 1 escalation complaint in ICICI and raised 2 queries. First why my family banking request is rejected. Second why i am not eligible for wealth management accounts benefits just because mine is salary account.
14 Sep - Received update that my account variant is titanium and to get wealth management i need to maintain that higher relationship.
Again contested the reply and asked them to share the terms conditions which says Wealth management salary account is not having benefits like normal wealth management. And also why in imobile and net banking says wealth management if it is titanium account.
19Sep Received call from level 1 escalation team who tried to understand my query and told me he will resolve in next 2 days
20 Sep Again received same response that my account variant is THEONE account and received the pdf link for benefits of the one account.
Again contested the reply asking to accept that the variant mentioned in imobile and net banking is incorrect and my account variant is not wealth management. Alao attached the photo of imobile app mentioning wealth Banking.
20 Sep - Again got the call from level 1 escalation team and they asked me to share the net banking screenshot as well which says wealth banking so they can recheck with product team.

Their systems are not inlined, buddy.
For us, the family debit card showing different card among diff platforms. Over imobile it's women aura, over internet banking it's coral & physical is what they mentioned on paper.

So ICICI bank systems are joke. My complaint with RBI is still in open state & now they can't close it without resolution as it's failing the customer norms.
If they close without fix then I will further raise for an appeal & that turns to huge penalty on ICICI.

Keep us posted on the final outcome. My RM told me to visit branch for family banking. I will try that as well.
 
Family 360 and Privilege Both are different programs?
That's why I am saying ICICI family 360 program continue in future and all privileged savings accounts issued under Privilege banking program shall discontinued.[e.g. - Gold Privilege Savings Account (50k mab) is being converted to 10k mab regular savings account]

I think this is the reason, I am a privileged salary account holder and I think they are slowly getting rid of that because without any request they sent me this

Yes, they upgraded our accounts to Family 360. We received the Family Debit card too.

My complaint with RBI is still in the open state.
was yours a salary account? did your family members already have linked accounts in icici?

My wife account is a salary account & my account mapped under her account.

My complaint with RBI is different. ICICI on paper shows different things but during the claim it's different.
After raising the complaint ICICI admitted that their systems are not yet ready to fully support Family 360 Plan.

Ah ok. Mines currently a silver salary which they WILL convert to Family 360, I am thinking of making my mom open an ICICI account add her's under mine. But Now i am thinking if that is even possible

Any update on your complaint? Is it still open in RBI's website?
 
Now done with almost 95% of the issues.
As per the backend team conversation, the imobile issue will also be resolved mid-month.
I am also applying for this through branch. How to verify if it is family 360 account? And if the debit card is family debit card titanium?
