That’s too early, IMO. With Axis, I was asked to do re-kyc after over 5 years. That too was withdrawn when I called the RM (I have both CC and SB account with Axis).

I dont have any account with icici i just hold a credit card that may be the reason

@Vasuki can you help on this if possible. What will happen if I don't do rekyc? I visited branch office and they told to send mail to head privilege icici banking mail id cos there is no rekyc for credit cards

Finally they replied saying to ignore the mail received for re kyc

Got other reply few minutes back and it said to goto bank and do the rekyc 😂
Wonder how people are trained to work on customer care level
