Coz they don't want people to use their card for UPI,Atleast as of now.
They were not ready they launched it in haste.

I raised the Service Request via IMobile App after 2 days from the transaction date. After waiting for a week, i called the customer care & sent an email , but both the time he told me to wait till 30th sept. (Transaction date- 17aug). What should i do.. ! My bill is raised now & last date is 25th sept.

I raised dispute via net banking without blocking the card, received interim chargeback credit immediately. Your card blocked or not while raising dispute through iMobile??

Some banks officially announced RuPay CC link UPI but ICICI is still not announce yet because ICICI is not fully live yet.

Wait for official launch announcement from ICICI bank.

I raised the SR (Service Request) from the Imobile after waiting for 72 hours for automated refund. I am following up with the customer care through that SR only. Now , my bill is generated & i'm unable to raise the transaction dispute because there is no transaction reflecting in the current statement.

You can use, no problem... For me, transactions failed with a particular payment. All other transactions went well without any problems.

True, I used the rupay cc via paytm for multiple transactions. All were approved. Only transaction done via imobile got stuck. 😕
