ICICI rupay Coral Rupay CC transaction failure refund issue.

ICICI cc team is not considering this case as dispute. For dispute, transaction has to be done fraudulently. This is a known issue to the team & they are not providing chargeback after bill is generated. The only option is to wait.

You can still apply for UPI chargeback but if bill is generated then you need to pay your bill.
Yes, dispute word use for any fraud transaction.

I think you are using iMobile, so you got 4 points. I used GPay and other apps. I was unable to register my RuPay card in iMobile. Always showing some error and asking me to contact admin. But UPI with ICICI Bank account works fine

Contact ICICI and tell them to apply for your UPI transaction chargeback for your transaction.
Read here, many people told, "got the refund as interim chargeback".
If you got "refund as interim chargeback" before your bill generate, you dnt need to pay your failed transaction amount but if your bill is already generated then you need to pay your bill.

I am not getting reward points properly In i Mobile it shows some time 1,2,0 for 100 transaction with same app to same murchant Antha (All) Maya, ICICI Maya and you are sitting here and counting ICICI rewards... I really don't know what to say. 🤭 No offence intended 😉

If your bill is generated then you need to pay your bill, even if you get your refund, you still have to pay your bill.

Scenario: ICICI Coral Rupay when UPI on CC method was disabled by the merchant... How did it function on different Apps? :
So, as I have been telling since the beginning ICICI iMobile App is the worst in this implementation of CC on UPI on their own homegrown app iMobile App, which is totally not expected from techsavy ICICI.. Very poor show from ICICI....
Where as PayTm is the best in this sceanrio as it didn't even show the Coral Rupay as payment option, which is the 💯 correct way of implementation...

- Payzapp 🟧 - Failure and amount not deducted. - Error Technical difficulties at beneficiary bank account.
- Gpay 🟧 - Failure and amont not deducted..--- Error Technical difficulties at beneficiary bank account.
- PayTm ✅ - Did not even present the Coral Rupay as payment method.. Always showed the bank accounts only.
- iMobile ❌ - Failure with same message and amount deducted , soi as there is no automatic refund we need to raise dispute and all that crap...

Also use Cred app for ICICI RuPay CC link UPI.
For Paytm app - CC link UPI option is not showing everytime when i first time scan the qr code on any merchant but 2nd time scan or doing online UPI intent transaction again, CC link UPI option is coming.
Thanks but not interesdted in using Cred.. as I want to use this CCon UPI on Payzap for HDFC to recognise my spending..
