ICICI Sapphiro Dual Card (Mastercard & Amex)

I got a ICICI Sapphiro Credit Card on November 2022 and it was on the Mastercard network.

After reading a few posts on our forum about the dual card for Sapphiro, I reached out to Customer Service through their website contact form for Level 1 complaints requesting for the same. Initially there was no reply other than silence for almost a week.

Escalated it to Level 2 and got a reply the next day saying the request will be addressed by concerned team within 3 working days. Yesterday, I received an email saying that I am being upgraded to the dual card variant and saw the two cards listed on iMobilePay and Net Banking. It was shipped through Bluedart and expecting it to be delivered tomorrow.

If anyone is looking to switch from Visa to Mastercard or to get the dual card, give this a try. Reach out to their Customer Service team through email since phone is literally useless.

Mine is paid Variant.

Take full benefit then. Apply for mastercard along with separate dreamfolks also

Enjoy bro. When are you applying for mastercard variant? You can use separate dreamfolks for unlimited lounge and spa for some family member

Icici doesn't close cards automatically
Also the DF would still be on primary member's name so it would be difficult to use it for other family members now , as owing to the crowd in airport lounges most lounges are now checking the card name and boarding passes.
Only thing that is good is you will get BMS for both MC and Visa and cashback for Amex .

I raised a request for network conversion to dual variant. They are asking me to clear the outstanding on visa card. They also said later it will be closed. Anyone try this recently? I think they might close the card. Any suggestions friends

Yes, that's what I am confused both are available.

Yes, if you somehow get all three variants of Sapphiro, you will get 2 DreamFolks cards and both can be used and both will be active. I have activated both the cards on DF App!

keep talking to different people on customer care unless u get the one who is ready to give you another vairant without replacing the old. I myself hold all 3 variants LTF!

Yes thinking same - at that time they even denied for coral rupay saying can't issue same card on 2 variant - but now I have it as pre approved

No trick. Just keep trying to reach out to multiple CC executives.. once u receive the new card, stop receiving their calls.

Thanks a lot! I checked the back of the card and it says platinum. Have you availaed any mastercard specific offer? I was recently exploring the world of mastercard offers as I am totally new. Please let me know if there are any offers I should avail. I could see few offers on mastercard website which my Sapphiro MC is eligible for like Wyndham Rewards complimentary GOLD Status, gold benefits, Lounge access and etc.

Welcome gift is only upon fee realization. its not for LTF cards.

Guys i recently applied for rubyx Ltf from iMobile app and then nothing happened. After 2 days got a call from agent and he told me that he will refresh my application and will apply manually. He took all my details (Pan number, salary details, etc) then told me that I am eligible for saphhiro LTF (MC + AMEX) as well. I already have Sapphiro Visa Ltf and I told him to go ahead with the application and now waiting for the same to get delivered
