IDFC Bank Easy Buy EMI Card

I have savings account with IDFC Bank and I never had any kind of loan with this bank but today I observed in their app that there is a Easy Buy EMI card which I never applied or gave any consent.

It's shows card status is unblocked. It means its active right?

Blocked = inactive.
Unblocked = active.

How to close this card?

Don't think it's active, sounds like a credit line from bank eligible at particular stores. Even mine shows unblocked. Best is to ignore it, it just means you're eligible if you wish to opt for it.
